Reliable Transport Service
• We aim to keep travel time under 60 minutes.
• Home pick-up closes 2 days before camp. Please note that late requests will not be accommodated.
• Pick-up timings will be shared the weekend before camp. As a general guide:
Pick-up: 8:00–8:50am
Drop-off: 4:40–5:30pm
• Shuttle follows a fixed schedule — please refer to your location’s details.
• Arrive 5 minutes early. We are unable to wait at pick-up points. If you miss the shuttles, you will need to arrange your own transport to the campsite.
• Please notify us 30 minutes in advance if your child won’t be taking the transport.
• On Day 1, do expect minor delays as we fine-tune routes.
• The Mindful Camp teachers will be present at MRT stations to guide the campers.
• A group chat and timing information will be shared one day before the camp starts Sunday by 1300Hrs
• All buses are equipped with forward-facing seats and 3-point retractable seat belts, as mandated by LTA.
• We do not provide booster seats. If your child is under 1.35m, LTA requires them to use an approved child restraint (e.g. booster seat, mi-fold, RideSafer belt).
• If no booster is provided, we will assume that you have assessed your child’s needs and accept responsibility accordingly.
CAMPERS WILL RECEIVE A COLOURED WRISTBAND ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP TO IDENTIFY THEIR ASSIGNED BUS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD WEARS IT DAILY TO BOARD THE CORRECT BUS.

• 具体接送时间将于营期前的周末公布，参考时段如下：
上门接送：08:00–08:50
返程送达：16:40–17:30
• 地铁接驳车将按固定时刻表运行，请查阅各站详情。
• 请提前 5 分钟到达上车点；车辆无法等待。若错过班车，请自行安排前往营地的交通。
• 如当日不乘车，请至少提前 30 分钟通知我们。
• 第一天因路线微调，可能出现小幅延误，敬请谅解。
• THE MINDFUL CAMP 老师将驻守各地铁站，引导营员上车。
• 我们将在营期前一天（周日 13:00 前）创建 WhatsApp 群并分享最终时间表。
• 所有巴士均配备面向前的座椅及可伸缩的三点式安全带，符合 LTA（陆交局）规定。
• 我们不提供增高座椅。若您的孩子身高低于 1.35 米，LTA 要求必须使用认可的儿童安全约束装置（如增高座椅、Mi-Fold 折叠垫、RideSafer 安全束带等）。
• 如您未自备增高座椅，我们将视为您已评估孩子的安全需求并承担相应责任。
营员将在第一天领取一条彩色腕带，用以识别其分配的巴士。
请确保您的孩子每天佩戴该腕带，以便乘坐正确的车次。
